Mobile Service Requirements

Gloss Drive Auto Detailing provides mobile car detailing services including interior detailing, exterior detailing, full detailing packages, and additional add-on services.

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the condition and size of the vehicle.

As a mobile detailing service, customers must provide:

  • Safe and accessible vehicle access

  • Adequate space for service completion

  • Access to water and electricity if required

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a booking if the working environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be made via phone, email, or approved booking platforms.

While we aim to arrive on time, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, or previous bookings. Customers will be notified of any major delays where possible.

Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Pricing may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Vehicle condition

  • Additional requested services

  • Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or contamination

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Gloss Drive Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse future bookings for repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

We also reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service

  • Informing us of any existing damage, sensitive surfaces, or special requirements

Gloss Drive Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Satisfaction Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the concern appropriately.

Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution during our services, Gloss Drive Auto Detailing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Mechanical or electrical failures

  • Damage caused by faulty or aged vehicle components

Certain stains, scratches, odors, or paint imperfections may not be fully removable.
